She lived in Cities such as; Cincinnati, Ohio, San Francisco, California, Denver, Colorado, Chicago, Illinois, and Phoenix, Arizona. She completed the Professional Actor Training program at Chattanooga State in Tennessee and while there, was chosen from her class to study abroad at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance, London, England for her BA (Hons) in American Theatre Arts.
Being the only American actor in her class gave Lynzie the chance to immerse herself in a different tradition of performance training and she learned not only from her teachers – Steven Dykes, Toney James, and Andrew Friesner, but also her fellow students and the general life experiences that come with being faced with a new perspective.
