TCTC is here:
We are an ensemble in New York City dedicated to artistic self-expression and creative interactivity. We practice and expand our skills of collaboration and mutual support in order to develop and grow as actors and writers. Our commitment is to build and share a diverse body of work.
The Complete Philosophy
It is our belief that we learn by doing and not through notes given by company members telling us what they think went "right" or "wrong" about a particular performance.
Writers and Actors have the option to receive feedback so long as they ask for it. We recognize that what is Constructive to one person may be Destructive to someone else. All feedback is delivered with love and respect. The intent of all feedback is to support, to illuminate, to examine underlying assumptions, to reveal what is hidden, and to explore new possibilities.
We bring our own art to the table, every Wednesday, and discuss it.
These discussions stem from a Q & A between company members following a performance or reading.
